I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist qualified to work with adult patients. Following two years of introductory studies at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust, I completed my clinical qualification in psychodynamic psychotherapy at WPF Therapy, which has been training clinicians for over 50 years.
In addition to my private practice, I work in the NHS as an honorary psychotherapist for Southwark IPTT. I also have much experience as a volunteer support worker, particularly in forensic and inpatient settings and as a crisis line volunteer.
My qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from WPF Therapy. I am registered with and regulated by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). I am also a registered practitioner with three major health insurance providers.
My areas of specialism include:
Anxiety and stress
Loneliness and difficulties forming friendships
Conflict and anger management
Intrusive thoughts or memories
